WithYou provide free and confidential support, without judgement, to adults facing challenges with drugs and alcohol. If you have questions, need advice, or just want to talk, we’re WithYou.

We offer one-to-one drug and alcohol support at our service, online and in the community. This involves meeting one of our recovery workers regularly to discuss what's happening in your life.

Our support groups are a place for people who are experiencing challenges with drug and alcohol to come together and help each other. All our groups are free and confidential, and sessions are run by WithYou staff.

Our Community Navigators work in partnership with NHS Dumfries and Galloway to support people who have experienced a near fatal overdose, or are considered to be ‘high risk’.

Our centres in Dumfries and Stranraer provide Naloxone.

We work right across Dumfries and Galloway. As well as offering virtual sessions, we will travel to meet in a place that is convenient for you.
